Cancellation Policy
Dear Client, you are allowed up to three rescheduled appointments. For the three will result in a ban from booking future appointments.
Same day cancellations will result in being charged for the entire service with your card on file.
Clients 15 minutes late may still have their service, however the length of their service will be reduced by that time and you will be booked for the entire service.
All deposit amounts are due upon booking and are non-fundable.
